Hotel Lucia Beach Villas Photos

First Floor

Grand opening date was February 17,2007! Site clearing began April 19, 2005. The official ground breaking ceremony was May 12, 2005. The hand-colored banner above was our construction drawing. Each hotel unit has its own tropical pastel color so you can identify your home away from home from the beach called Playa Lucia in Spanish.

Each unit is a complete air-conditioned villa with living area (futon sleeps 2), fully-equipped kitchenette, and half-bath on the first floor and master bedroom and bath on the second floor with a walkout private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Step out your front door to the beach or the pool.

The art you see on the wall is not your average nondescript hotel pictures but the art of Puerto Rican Artist Elizabeth Baez. Ms. Baez, who is currently living in Miami, paints the heart and soul of the Puerto Rican culture she misses. The giclee canvas and paper prints are on sale in our gift shop/gallery.

We want to make your stay as relaxed as possible. A modern supermarket is closeby to purchase your supplies, but if you are flying in and want everything ready for you, we can arrange to purchase a few groceries or pick you up at the airport.

KitchenetteOur fully equipped kitchenettes even come with complementary coffee.

Don't forget your sunscreen and a wide brimmed hat. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, pool towels and the shade of palm trees. You will go home with a gorgeous tan without even trying, but we don't want you to burn while you are out exploring our island.

Refresh with a cool shower, barbeque outside or dine at the restaurant next door. Sit on the balcony with a pina colada or drive into Old San Juan for the nightlife.

After a busy day fall asleep to the sound of the sea and the coquis.
